Approval must be obtained before parking overnight or for extended periods. Each homeowner may apply for one parking permit for a period of up to 7 days as part of a single week, once per month. The vehicle must display The Shores approved parking permit in clear view on your vehicle dashboard and be visible from outside of the vehicle.

Sections shall be denoted by G - for General, AC- for Architectural and L- for Landscaping. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has been assigned the task of reviewing and approving or denying all Modification Requests for exterior changes or additions to any single-family home or villa.

For villas, both villas must be the same color.

Immediate family is defined as grandparents, parents, siblings, spouse, and children.
