Stay healthy, fit and active! The Shores offers a variety of exercise programs for fitness and fun, including Stretch Chair Aerobics, Fit Over Fifty, and Water Aerobics!

What You

Need to Know

  • Join the Shores' numerous exercise classes, which are expertly taught by in-person or video instructors.
  • Consult with your physician before beginning any new exercise programs.
  • Exercise classes are open to all residents. Wear appropriate attire for comfort and safety. Some equipment will be supplied. Trainers will instruct according to type of activity.

Is There Anything On

The Schedule?


Chair aerobics group meets Tuesdays and Thursdays in the ballroom at 10:30 AM.

Fit Over 50 meets Tuesdays and Thursdays in the ballroom at 3:30 PM.

Water aerobics meets at the pool Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:30 PM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 AM.
